Description

As program staff strive to scale up apprenticeship programs, understanding how to develop, deliver and manage a structured mentorship program is important for successful apprentice retention and completion. This webinar is designed to enable you to understand the benefits of mentoring and how to develop and create a mentoring program for apprentices and employers.  Participants will come away with:

  • Techniques helpful in communicating the importance of mentorship in apprenticeship programs;
  • Understanding of the essential components effective mentorship;
  • Strategies to set up and manage an effective mentoring program; and
  • Awareness of successful apprenticeship mentorship examples and how to share them.
