Description
Scaling Apprenticeship’s Five Hallmarks are the Department of Labor’s key indicators for quality apprenticeship opportunities. These hallmarks constitute recognition of quality programs without requiring specific approval of standards by the government, thus allowing industry to define innovative training solutions. This webinar will focus on the Hallmarks and provide examples of their implementation by grantees.
As Scaling Apprenticeship grantees, you will come away from the webinar with:
- An understanding of the Five Hallmarks;
- Foundational knowledge on the importance of the Five Hallmarks to sustainability;
- Steps on how to implement the Hallmarks of High-Quality Apprenticeships; and
- Answers to their questions – and knowledge of where to go with future questions for developing high quality apprenticeship programs.
